Salon Policy
All cancellation or reschedule must require a 12 to 24 hours notice.NO SHOW or CANCELLATION less than 12 to 24 hours will be a $35 charge towards your next appointment. Please arrive 10 minutes early on the appointment day,if the appointment is 10 minutes late .we will cancel the appointment and fee will be applied.
⁃ New clients schedule appointment
⁃ We required $35 deposit to hold your spot, the remaining balance will go toward your services. If you missed your appointment or cancel/reschedule an appointment for less than 12 to 24 hours, your deposit will be applied.
⁃ Refunds
⁃ We do not refund on services, however, if you have any concerns with the service you received. Please let us know within 2 days we can fix it to your satisfaction at no extra charge.
Allergies
If you experience an allergic reaction to eyelash extensions. Please let us know prior to your appointment.A patch test can be administered prior to the appointment.
*Refunds are not given for allergic reactions.
Arriving to your appointment:
Remove all makeup around your eyes area including mascara,
This allows for you to start to unwind, relax and visit the restroom, kindly turn your cell phone on silent.
Avoid 24 hours after your eyelash extensions:
Kindly not get your eyelash wet, heat, sauna, or steam for the first 24 hours.
Notice for Clients
- For lash touch-up services: If you return with only about 20% or fewer lashes remaining, please note that you will need to pay for a new full set.
- To ensure the longevity of your lashes:
- Avoid using hot water when showering or washing your face, as it can cause the lashes to shed faster.
- Please use cool or lukewarm water instead.
